Position Overview

This self-directed senior partner marketing manager is responsible for leading the partner integration for GROW with SAP and RISE with SAP. In collaboration with multiple global teams this role will work closely with the CMSOs, Integrated Demand Team GMs, Partner Ecosystem Success (PES), and Global Marketing stakeholders, to develop GROW with SAP and RISE with SAP partner marketing strategies that will be integrated into the overall CMSO Marketing plan to drive demand generation thru and with our partners across all partner engagement models (Resellers, Global Services Partners (GSIs), Software Partners (Endorsed Apps and SolEx). Through executive-level engagement and collaboration, the plan will outline marketing strategies and tactics being executed to drive the partner contribution to pipeline and revenue and forecast and track the business impact across the customer journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive alignment across GPM, CMSO, IDP, and PES by LoB
  • Ensure partner marketing strategy is included in Corporate Marketing LoB Marketing Strategy aligned with Winning Plans and Growth Priorities.
  • Ability to translate business goals and objectives from partner marketing plans into integrated campaigns across the customer lifecycle journey.
  • Manage meeting and resource schedules, and deadlines associated with GPM bi-monthly Business Reviews, weekly/bi-weekly Pod meetings, and monthly extended Pod calls.
  • Communicate effectively on a regularly scheduled cadence with the regional field partner marketing leads and key stakeholders to ensure to share the activities and content available for those specialty partners we may not catch from a global level.
  • Drive the relevant bi-monthly LoB Business Review, project management, prep calls, finalizing presentation deck, lead and moderate the BR calls, follow-up, and track action items with owners to completion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner marketing, must have prior experience working with partners, building integrated demand plans
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content
  • Proven ability to lead a virtual team of colleagues in a pod structure
  • Ability to present effectively to senior executive stakeholders, up to board level
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Self-motivation, able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 99,000-216,000 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
